You don't have to be a participant to get a massage. You can get one while you wait for someone to finish their run(s)!

The massages at the Critz Tybee Run Fest will be done with the client fully clothed on the table or chair and will focus on the needs of the client. The massage therapists will honor your requests whether you want to warm up and stretch your muscles between races or have a therapist work on your neck, back and shoulders while you wait for someone else to complete their run. The 10 or 15 minutes will be customized for you. You can even make a note when booking online on what areas are bothering you and which muscles you would like to have stretched before or after your run. Also, if you would like, sign up for more than one massage if you would like more time.

Online booking will be available up until a few hours before appointment times and there will also be sign-up sheets at the Recovery Zone. A valid credit card is required to book online. Cash, check and credit cards will be accepted at the event for your convenience.
